The firm’s real estate practice encompasses representation of clients across a broad range of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Our real estate and tax practitioners work as a team on structural issues, especially where non-U.S. investors are involved, to avoid unanticipated or undesirable tax or reporting requirements.
The firm also provides general counseling to cooperative and condominium boards concerning their operating documents and we assist in refinancing of underlying mortgages and tenancy issues. The firm recognizes that the same levels of skill and standards must be applied in representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate as those we bring to more complex commercial transactions. The firm’s size and the skill and experience of our attorneys, permit us to effectively and efficiently represent both our commercial and our residential real estate clients.
