Stanley S. Leffler
Stanley S. Leffler is a partner of the firm, specializing in the areas of estate and lifetime tax and wealth preservation planning and in advising closely held businesses and their owners on both tax and business planning matters. Mr. Leffler also represents clients in general corporate matters and real estate transactions and in commercial and estate and trust-related litigation. Mr. Leffler is a member of the New York City Estate Planning Council and a past chair of the Trusts and Estates Group, UJA - Federation of New York.
Mr. Leffler received his B.S. degree in accounting from New York University in 1954 and his J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1960.
Mr. Leffler is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Leffler is a member of the American Bar Association and its Tax, Real Estate and Probate Sections, the New York State Bar Association and its Trust & Estate Section. In addition, Mr. Leffler has conducted seminars on Financial Institutions for The New York State Bar Association. Mr. Leffler has also co-authored editions of the Minister’s Federal Income Tax Guide and of the Physician’s Federal Income Tax Guide.
