Edmond M. Coller
Edmond M. Coller has an extensive background in representing public and private companies in securities law compliance, financings, mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial contracts, licensing and joint venture agreements and corporate governance. He has also worked closely with many one and two-family-owned businesses in devising operating structures and succession plans to address the unique issues faced by these businesses.
Mr. Coller also advises private and public non-profit organizations on governance, best practices and compliance with tax and other laws and regulations. Mr. Coller has served on the board, and as an officer, of several non-profits, and is currently a director of, and pro bono counsel to, the Queens Symphony Orchestra and the Central Queens YM-YWHA, where he also serves as a Vice President.
Mr. Coller graduated from Columbia College with an A.B. in political science in 1963 and, in 1966, received his LL.B. from New York University School of Law, where he was on the Editorial Board of the Law Review and a John Norton Pomeroy Scholar.
Mr. Coller is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association and its Business Law, International Law and Individual Rights & Responsibilities Sections.
