Stuart Antell is a partner of the firm, actively engaged in representing and advising clients in real estate transactions, business financings, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and securities law compliance. He has represented numerous purchasers and sellers of real estate in individual residential transactions and as parties to much larger commercial and corporate transactions. He also regularly represents corporate clients in their ongoing legal issues including employment, corporate governance, business organization and financing issues.

Mr. Antell received his B.A. degree in 1989 from Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. degree in 1993 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review.

Mr. Antell is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

He is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
